Jackass Refund Policy:
- Due to the long-term nature of planning for events and the many pre-sunk costs upfront for the race organization, partial refunds will be offered on an incremented schedule. If you require a refund, please email jackasshalfmarathon@gmail.com.
- February 6th-September 24th: 50% of registration fee refunded. Excludes processing fees.
- September 24th-October 7: NO refunds.
- Person-to-Person transfers will be allowed anytime before packet pick-up on October 6, 2023. Person-to-Person transfers can be completed from the online registration page under your profile and will incur an additional $15.00 fee.
- Event transfers will be available for racers choosing to move from the half marathon to the 5k or vice versa. If a runner plans to change from the half marathon to the 5k, they will not receive the difference in their registration price. However, if a participant wants to upgrade to the half marathon, they will be responsible for paying the difference. Event-to-Event transfers can be completed from the online registration page under your profile and will incur an additional $15.00 fee.
- Unfortunately will not offer race deferrals for 2024.
- There will be no virtual running option this year.
- Although it is very unlikely, if for some reason the live event cannot be held due to local or state mandates, we will either shift the event to a virtual format or refund all participants 100% of their registration fees.
