A timed 5K run/walk out and back through Snail Lake Regional Park, Shoreview MN. In addition, a Kids Run (for small children) and a Bench Walk (approximately 1.5 mile out and back course, turning around at the Rene McCoy memorial bench) will be provided.
All race proceeds will go to The Rene and Brian McCoy Cancer Recovery Research Monarch Fund at Hamline University.
