New this Year
We are excited to share that we are planning for the following new features at this year's run:
- Street party - We are having a street party at this year's Aruna Run! All of the tents previously on the grass by the river will now be in the street on West Mehring Way in a designated party zone.
- Separate start and finish lines - There will be a finish line chute that delivers finishers directly into the street party on West Mehring Way to enjoy food and drinks from a variety of vendors. While in the chute, fresh fruit, water, and other snacks will be available. Featured food partners include Skyline Chili, LaRosa's Pizzeria, Smoothie King, CLIF Bar, Biggby Coffee, and Pahhni Water.
- Swag - All participants will receive a new reversible carryall, hand-made by Aruna Artisans, an Aruna Run magnet, and an "I ran for her freedom" sticker. Participants will also receive a t-shirt (5K & 1-Mile) or Sportek Triblend Wicking tee (10K & Elite Mile). Check out the swag here.
- Team building and fundraising thank you gifts - We are thanking participants for going the extra mile to build teams and fundraising with some awesome Aruna swag items! Check them out here.
- Advance packet pick-up location - Advance packet pick-up will be at Fleet Feet Oakley (3235 Madison Road, Oakley, OH 45209).
