In beautiful Baden, Ontario, it's a great run on flat roads and trails.

Individual runs: 2.5k or 5k - the Neil Dunford Memorial, part road and part Schmidt Woods trail. Both timed, the 5k is two loops. There is also an untimed kids 200m.

Or spice it up with the individual Baden Back-2-Back - an individual race of a combined 7.5km. Start with the 5k race, then double down with a 2.5k 60 minutes later.

For the past 40 years, Wilmot Township has been home to a great spring running tradition. With various venues, courses, distances, charities, and even names over the years, one thing has remained - the passion and community support for a great event. We're thrilled to continue the tradition in 2023!
