Our story…
The Jack Trottier Foundation was established in 2021 to provide financial assistance to those affected by traumatic spinal cord injury in New England. There are 18,000 new cases of spinal cord injury each year in the US alone. Many go without necessary medical equipment or adaptive technology that can better their quality of life, because of the financial burden.
In 2013, Jack was in a snowboarding accident that resulted in a cervical spinal cord injury. With the community support, JTF approves vendor direct grants for assistive technology, durable medical equipment, home modifications, and items that can better the quality of life for someone living with SCI. I thank you for visiting our page and hope you’ll consider supporting one of our amazing runners!
