Dear family and friends, 

You all know how much this cause means to me. Running for the Montreal Neurological hospital is my way of supporting all patients at the Neuro. It is also my way of doing something useful and much needed in this world.

We have all suffered a loss and I think it’s important to turn it into meaningful action. For some, it might mean running for a cause, donating, talking or supporting a loved one. It’s important not to stay in our grief and keep moving forward with a positive intention. Mine is to keep my dad’s essence alive, his love and humility. Raising awareness for this cause lets families know they are not alone. We are here to help!
