Our Why
Team Tucker is back! We will be heading out in honour of our special little angel, Tucker Hewson. Tucker was born on April 23, 2019, and during a very short time, our brave little warrior battled his way through multiple heart surgeries. During Tucker's time in the hospital, his family was welcomed into the Ronald McDonald House in Edmonton. Tucker's parents, Mark and Megan Hewson, were blown away by the generosity and kindness provided by the Ronald McDonald House and its volunteers. Sadly, Tucker was declared “too perfect for Earth” when he was only six weeks old. We have created Team Tucker to honour and celebrate Tucker, while giving back to the RMHC. Tucker, we love you!
