Where is the swim?
- Start is at the Urangan Boat Harbour boat ramp, Jetty Street Urangan.
- Finish is on the beach at Scarness at Hundy race central. (approx. 350 The Esplanade).
When is the swim?
- Saturday 25 November 2023
- Registration at the Boat Harbour from 5:00-6:00am
- Barge leaves at 6:15am
- Race starts 7:15am 2km offshore from Scarness.
What gear can I take with me?
- There will be a ute to serve as a bag drop on the barge, please keep your gear to a minimum however.
- Remember that this ute will not be back at the finish line at race precinct until possibly 1 hour after you finish your swim as it has to transit back to the Boat Harbour on the barge.
What does my entry fee cover?
- An iconic and unique 2 km ocean swim
- Barge trip out to the race starting point

- Fruit and electrolytes at the recovery area at the finish line
