Help Ayako raise money

Welcome to my fundraising page!  For this year's SF Aloha Run, we are raising funds to provide meaningful scholarships to youth in San Francisco.  A portion of the benefits will also go towards helping the locals on Maui recover from the tragic wildfire in Lahaina.  

I've had the pleasure of leading the Mayor's Youth Employment & Education Program for the past 3 yrs, serving approximately 1,000 high schoolers each year through paid internships, job readiness training, and academic support.  Most of our participants are under-resourced youth of color with unique challenges to overcome.  Our scholarships allow low-income first-gen students to pursue higher education & go after their dreams.

As an avid runner, it brings me joy to be able to use running as a way to connect with community and raise money for an important cause.  I would greatly appreciate any amount, big or small.  YOUR donation will contribute to a youth's future and goals!
