Calling ALL HEROES of BRAIN INJURY - break out your capes and step up to the start line!
Whether you are a survivor, family member, caregiver, healthcare or legal professional, or a concerned individual - you are a hero of brain injury.
Form your own 'Super Hero Squad' - Capes, Masks, Wings and Super Powers are encouraged. Bring your family, friends, pups and co-workers for a fun filled morning to support a great cause.
A minimum $40 donation is required to register for the event - a Charity Tax Receipt will be provided!
Children under the age of 12 are welcome to come out and enjoy the day - no registration required! However, if they would like a t-shirt and be chip timed they can register as a HERO 12 and Under for a $15.00 fee.

The Cause:
Brain Injury is the number one disabler in the world. Rates of brain injury are higher than MS, HIV/AIDS and breast cancer - combined. BIST's programs are FREE and ACCESSIBLE - no medical evidence of brain injury is required to access our services and our programs do not have a wait list. Find out more about what we do, HERE.
Pie-in-The-Face Challenge! 🥧
Our Pie-in-the-Face Challenge is a fun (and slightly messy!) for way for our HEROES to get their FUNDRAISING SUPER POWERS ON AND for EVERYONE to have some good laughs at our Run, Walk, Roll OR Bike.
Here’s how it works:
- For every $5,000 raised TOTAL for our Run, Walk, Roll OR Bike, one brave volunteer from BIST will get a pie-in-the-face! For example, if our Heroes Raise $50,000 that means there will be 10 pies thrown!
- For each team that raises $1,000 or more, the Team Leader can choose one of their own team to have a pie in the face!
