Whether you are a survivor, family member, caregiver, healthcare or legal professional, or a concerned individual - you are a hero of brain injury.
Join us on Sunday, September 24th and ride to support our FREE services for people who live with the effects of brain injury - with two rides to choose from!

Superheroes and a bouncy castle for the kids, free post-ride massages donated by Protege Massage School, and so much more to be announced!
Children's Registration
Children under the age of 12 are welcome to come out and enjoy the day - no registration required!
However, if they would like a t-shirt they can register as a HERO 12 and Under for a $20.00 fee.
Why Your Support Matters
All funds raised at our Heroes Run, Walk, Roll OR Bike will go towards supporting BIST's programs and services, such as our social drop-ins, community meetings, workshops and support groups.
Our Pie-in-the-Face Challenge is a fun (and slightly messy!) for way for our HEROES to get their FUNDRAISING SUPER POWERS ON AND for EVERYONE to have some good laughs at our Run, Walk, Roll OR Bike.
For every $5,000 raised TOTAL for our Run, Walk, Roll OR Bike, one brave volunteer from BIST will get a pie-in-the-face! For example, if our Heroes Raise $50,000 that means there will be 10 pies thrown!
For each team that raises $1,000 or more, the Team Leader can choose one of their own team to have a pie in the face!
