REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Please read carefully prior to continuing with your registration:

• DOUBLE TEAMS
  • If entering in a Double, only one team participant is required to select and pay for EVENT ENTRY. The Event entry fee shown is the Double entry fee for both participants. The additional items such as BBQ, Breakfast and merchandise can be selected for each particpant separately.
• Category - your age category is your age as of the 31st December 2023. For example if you are 39 now, but turning 40 prior to 31st December this year then you can enter the Ski 40-49yrs category.
• Please complete one registration transaction for all events you wish to enter for WA Race Week.
• Adding additional events or products - If you decide later that you wish to enter an additional event or purchase additional products you can do this by clicking the STORE button on the Race Roster event registration home page or logging back into your registration via the confirmation email you received when you entered. You will need your registration confirmation number to do this, which is on the email confirmation. Please do not do a new registration. Check the Registration FAQ's tab for more info.
• The Doctor Qualifying Event - If racing in The Doctor event please ensure you have read the Rules and Equipment page here and know which qualifying race you will select ready to include in the registration. All entries will be checked.
• Sunset Surfski Series - Race 2 on Tue 21st November and Race 3 on Thursday 23rd November are included in WA Race Week and can be entered here. Race 1 on Thursday 16th November is not included in WA Race Week. You can enter Race 1 via the Sunset Surfski Series website.
• Entry Fees - visit the event home page here for entry fees.
• Craft Transport to Rottnest Island for The Doctor - you must book the barge online here or organise your own transport of your craft to Rottnest Island (numbers are limited for the Oceanpaddler barge, available until sold out). Barge transport is for craft only not the competitor.
• Ferry to Rottnest Island for The Doctor - you must organise your own transport to Rottnest Island via ferry. Click here for more information.

WA RACE WEEK ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following entry terms and conditions prior to entering the WA Race Week events.

General Entry Terms & Conditions

If the events are canceled due to weather conditions or natural disasters or any other reason so deemed by the organisers, the events will be rescheduled where possible and no refunds will be issued.

Event organisers or any of the event sponsors or stakeholders are not responsible for any costs incurred or paid by the participant if any of the events are canceled, dates changed or start and finish locations changed. This may include ferry tickets to Rottnest Island, transport costs, additional accommodation expenses etc.

Entry Cancellations and Refunds

Entry cancellations can be made up to two weeks prior to the commencement of WA Race Week - up to and including the 3rd November 2023.

A refund on event entry fees only, less 20% administration fee, can be provided up to and including the 3rd November 2023. Refunds will not be given after this date.

No refunds will be given on the purchase of craft transport on the barge to Rottnest Island, flares, other products or merchandise.

Entry Transfers are not available nor permitted. Under no circumstance are you to give your race number to another person. The safety of our athletes is paramount, therefore we need to ensure we have correct details of all our athletes. This will result in immediate disqualification of both parties.
