FUNDRAISING REWARD PRIZES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Instructions to enter form part of these conditions.
2. To be eligible to receive any reward/ prize, an individual must have:
- Registered to participate in the 3rd Annual Sierra County's Annual 5k Walk/Run of 2023!
- Activated their fundraising page and raised at least the minimum threshold for the reward milestone ending on October 30th at 6 p.m. To ensure all prizes are awarded in a timely manner.
3. Fundraising totals will be taken from individual fundraising pages on the RaceRoster Fundraiser platform.
4. Valid entrants will qualify for a fundraising rewards prize when they reach the following fundraising milestones: $100, $250, $500, $1500, and $2000. Prizes are cumulative, so you keep each prize as you raise more funds!
5. For Local participants:
- Within Sierra County, New Mexico address, any physical prizes will be posted to the address provided by the fundraiser at registration by the end of December 2023.
- With an address outside of Sierra County, New Mexico, physical prizes will incur a postage and handling fee to cover costs associated with national or international delivery to the address provided by the fundraiser at registration.
6. Fundraising rewards prizes may not be as depicted in marketing material but will be similar. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
7. The offer will be awarded to the person who created the fundraising page. However, in a dispute, they will be awarded to the email account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their entry.
8. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the promoter.
9. The promoter of this offer is Sierra Vista Hospital and Clinics.
10. Employees of Sierra Vista Hospital and Clinics are eligible to enter.
11. The start date of the Fundraiser is July 6th, 2023 and the completion of is October 30th, 2023.
12. The promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
13. This prize is not redeemable for cash.
14. This offer is open to fundraisers participating in the 3rd Annual Sierra County's Annual 5k event by Sierra Vista Hospital and Clinics of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.
15. By accepting this offer, the winner agrees to participate in and cooperate as required with all reasonable Sierra County Hospital and Clinics and media editorial requests relating to the offer, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed, and/or filmed.
16. By accepting the offer, the winner accepts and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the offer.
