My Story…
The big picture of this event is so very important and we do these workouts monthly to honour those... but this event the folks that are racing through my mind are the coach who missed workouts for tear gas training, the athlete that pulled out of the gym parking lot mid workout with his green light flashing and the one who has lost too many colleagues (friends) in the field.
Wounded Warriors is an incredible organization that gives back to those who gave so so much for all of us!
