Our story…

CFNAC is proud to be participating in this year’s 24 Hours of Heroes annual event on Sunday November 5th, 2023 at the Aurora location. Join us for one or more Canadian hero workouts posted for this day. Friends and family are welcome to participate and/or attend as well. All event proceeds go towards Wounded Warriors Canada. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!
