Raise money for For Better Life
FOR BETTER LIFE is a ministry supported by The Arabic Christian Church of Pittsburgh to help the immigrant families coming to find A Better Life in the city of Pittsburgh.
Resettled in a foreign country, refugees have been facing insurmountable challenges: to learn a new language, juggle large families with scarce job opportunities and English-learning classes, facing difficulties as families and school students to integrate in a culturally different society.
FOR BETTER LIFE is a ministry supported by The Arabic Christian Church of Pittsburgh to help the immigrant families find a better life in the city of Pittsburgh.
FOR BETTER LIFE is participating with a running team that includes refugees families. By running as part of our team, refugees will boost their sense of INTEGRATION and BELONGING in their new home, our city of Pittsburgh.
YOUR SUPPORT will be directed exclusively to the social and financial support of the refugees families. Part of the funds will be dedicated to support their rent payment, furnishing, purchase of winter clothing and for emergency medical situations. Another part will help us establish a micro-loan borrowing system to encourage them to launch small businesses.
