Aidez Antoinette à recueillir des fonds

As you know, our wonderful Executive Director Antoinette will soon be leaving for a well earned retirement. Antoinette’s passion and commitment to Funville has been something to be admired. In order to help her achieve one of her final projects – we are launching ‘running to retirement’ to raise funds to complete the playground vision that Antoinette has – by creating a new area with new fencing. The goal is to raise funds through the Scotiabank 21k under the banner of the charity “Literacy Quebec”. All monies raised will come directly back to Funville. Now ‘the catch” – Antoinette can’t run! Her foot injury is preventing her from being this year’s runner – and so, we have enlisted the help of the children of Funville to run for her … The 5k will be done via a centre relay team. Each child will run 28 feet to recognize the 28 years that Antoinette has been at Funville. The race will take place in a secure sectioned off place in the yard.
