Cassie + Friends is proud to be returning in 2024 to the Toronto Waterfront Marathon and Charity Challenge! As Canada's only charity focused 100% on kids and families affected by juvenile arthritis, we are looking forward to growing our team of patients, families, healthcare professionals from Sick Kids Hospital to join us as we raise awareness and fundraise for a pain-free future for kids!

- Parent Support & Equipment Cupboard
- Access to expert-led pediatric rheumatology webinars on topics such as Biologics, Methotrexate, Physical Activity, Nutrition, Self-care for Caregivers and more!
- Funding juvenile arthritis research through the launch of the Cassie + Friends Care & Research Network (CREW)
