Maisons de la paix

Our mission: Maisons de la paix provides shelter and support to women, with or without children, and to young people aged 14 to 17 at risk.  Our support helps them to acquire stability and personal security, while developing their autonomy within society, in living conditions that ensure their dignity. Every year, our psychosocial counsellors help and support over 140 people. 

In addition to offering a residential environment that promotes recovery, our range of services includes personalized psychosocial support, an evolving action plan that responds to the direct needs of the individual, support in the community, a program of workshops for learning and breaking isolation, and a variety of activities that promote relaxation and discovery. All these services enable us to maximize our interventions to promote the development of autonomy and empowerment of our residents. 

Our psychosocial intervention teams aim to improve the quality of life of people in need by taking into account both the psychological and social aspects of their experience. Our holistic approach seeks to foster psychological and social fulfillment by offering tailored support to people exposed to high-risk situations. 

Maisons de la paix offers all the necessary tools to the people it welcomes into its services. The human being is at the heart of every intervention and action taken by our qualified teams.
