The Fondation de l'Institut de Cardiologie de Montréal holds a special place in my heart because my beloved grandfather battled heart failure. Though he graced us with 92 remarkable years, many other face this disease without the same outcome. Join me in making a difference with your donation to bring us closer to a healthier tomorrow.
