My Story…
Coucou! It's my first-ever marathon and I plan to post a lot about my training while raising money for a great cause: Suicide Action Montreal.
Mental health and suicide prevention is near and dear to me. While the stigma around mental health has gotten better, we're still a long way from where we should be.
