My Story…
In April 2023 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I had 9 months of active treatment, which included 16 rounds of chemo, a double mastectomy and 5 rounds of high dose radiation. I take 3 different types of medication and exercise at least 30 minutes everyday to lower my risk of recurrence. I’m a SURVIVOR.
I’m thankful for all the research, clinical trials and studies that are taking place to find new treatments and even one day soon, a cure! Organizations like the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation fund this research, but they can’t do it without our help.
