My Story…
La Maison du Père has been a pilar in our Montreal community - offering shelter to men experiencing homelessness for 55 years. In addition to providing short, medium and long-term accommodation for men in its main building, the Maison du Père provides support for many people in housing.
The Island of Montreal has the highest number of people in a situation of homelessness in Quebec, as 47% of the 10,000 people included in the count live in this region.
