How to register a team
Non-Competing Team Captain/Post-registration Team Creation
- select 'Create A Team' at the top right of this page
- Input your team's name and click 'submit'
- your team is now created and each member can join your team during their registration or post-registration
Competing Team Captain (during registration)
- select 'Register' at the top right of this page
- fill in all required details
- within the section 'Teams', select 'Yes, create a new team and add this registrant', input your team's name
- complete your registration
- your team is now created and each member can join your team during their registration
How to join a team
During registration
- select 'Register' at the top right of this page
- fill in all required registration details
- within the section 'Teams', select 'Yes, add this registrant to a team created by someone else'
- select your team's name from the drop down menu
- complete your registration
Post-registration
- select 'Menu' at the very top right of this page
- select 'Participant Dashboard'
- within the registration overview, under the title 'Team', select 'Add Team'
- select your team's name from the drop down menu
- click 'save'
Team Types
There are two team types to choose from:
1. General Team: running groups, families, friends
- note: Schools Challenge runners cannot join this team type
2. School Challenge Team: schools registering a team in the Schools Challenge
- note: students and school community members can join this team type - points will only count towards total school points if a schools challenge team is selected when registering
Team Tents
The five largest teams at the end of Early Bird sale will be awarded with a team retreat along the start/finish line.
An additional five teams who have registered a minimum of 10 participants by Friday 17 May 2024 will be awarded with a team retreat inside the event precinct.
A Deluxe Team Tent will be awarded to the team with the most members registered one week prior to the event. The Deluxe Team Tent includes; premium tent location, private recovery station, furniture, and extra snacks to keep your teams energy high.
