Over the past 5 years, this event has raised over $47,000 for Seniors Secret Service.

The registration fees we collect are used to cover the operational cost of the event, and not considered a donation! This is why it's important to us that we also promote these fundraising opportunities, in order to help local charities reach their fundraising goals!
Entry Fee Includes

- Festive Finisher’s Medal
- Christmas-themed race bib
- Extra goodies for those who choose to receive their package in-person at Package Pick-up
- 12 chances to win prizes from December 1-12
- Access to the Virtual Leaderboard
- Option to track your virtual race on ASICS RunKeeper
- Downloadable virtual finisher's certificate upon completion

- Matching 14" high-rise compression running socks
Refund Policy
Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds, transfers, medical comps or deferrals under any circumstances.
- Accurate shipping information must be entered upon registration. We are not responsible for misdeliveries or lost swag due to participant error.
GST and Processing Fee
Please note that each participant will be charged a processing fee plus 5% GST, in addition to the race entry fee.
Shipping and products are subject to 5% GST.
Virtual Race Information
Run or walk your race, your pace .... any time and any place!
Purchase your registration and select to collect your swag at Package Pick-up in-person or to have it mailed to you. Run or walk your race anywhere and anytime between December 1-12.
We encourage registered participants to track their run or walk using Runkeeper, where your results will automatically sync with your Race Roster account and load right onto the 12Ks of Christmas Leaderboard. You can connect your registration to the Runkeeper app! More details can be found here.
Alternatively, screen capture any fitness app or watch results (Garmin, Fitbit etc.) and manually upload your time.
All registered participants will receive detailed instructions for completing their virtual race prior to the start of the race period.
