My Story…
This is my first time participating in the First Responder Half Marathon (10K), I strongly support and advocate for mental health. As an Operating Room nurse in a trauma hospital (Foothills Medical Center), I have witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by healthcare professionals, particularly paramedics and first responders. I deeply understand the mental toll their work can take, and I am committed to raising awareness for this cause.
