Are you training for our upcoming 5K?
Join our running group to help you prepare to do your best! We offer a supportive and encouraging environment for people of all levels. Whether your plan is to walk the 5k, beat a specific time or just want to complete the race joining the running group can help! For 8 weeks you'll receive; a weekly plan to help you train, app recommendations to help you track your progress along with tips and suggestions. Our group practices are designed to help you prepare your body, build endurance, improve speed, and have fun. Let's motivate each other and cross that finish line together!
