There are many costs in putting on an event which occur before event day. In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled due to inclement weather or for any other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the event organizer’s control, there will be no refunds. Efforts will be made to reschedule the event to a later time in the day or on an alternate day subject to facility availability. Otherwise there are no refunds. Net proceeds (if any) will go to a charity and/or kick-starting a future event.
