Our story…

Old Colony Hospice is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing the very best in end-of-life care.  All funds raised from this race will go directly to helping out patients and their families by providing programs and services that are not reimbursed for by insurance.  We pride ourselves on being leaders in palliative and end-of-life care and need your support to continue our mission. We are not owned by a hospital, VNA, or other agency and therefore rely on our friends and supporters to help us continue caring for these patients who need it the most.
