More Details:

 ● Athletes must be born in 2006, 2007, 2008, or 2009 to be eligible for the 2025 program.

 ● Athletes must be members of Saskatchewan Athletics in good standing. If you do not have a membership you can register online here.

 ● The top two eligible male and female athletes (YOB 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009) in the 10km Trail Blitz will be selected, provided they meet the minimum performance standards (59:30 for men, 1:03:30 for women).

 ● Athletes must compete in the 10km Trail Blitz in 2024 to be selected.

 ● No more than two male and two female athletes will be selected.

 ● If one or both of the top two eligible athletes declines their spot, the positions will be offered to the next best eligible athletes in order of finish, provided they meet the minimum performance standards.

 ● Athletes selected to the program may receive up to $2000 to support the athlete to compete in the 2025 Canadian Mountain Running Championships in the U20 race. Athletes are responsible for registering for the race and arranging their own travel and accommodation itineraries.
