Calling All Heroes Of Brain Injury!

Break out your capes and step up to the start line!

Whether you are a survivor, family member, caregiver, healthcare or legal professional, or a supportive individual - you are a hero of Brain Injury.

Form your own 'Super Hero Squad' - Capes, Masks, Wings and Super Powers are encouraged! Bring your family, friends, dogs and co-workers for a fun filled morning to support a great cause.

Choose ONE of the Following Hero Route Options:

Run, Walk or Roll

5 KM
5 KM (Kids 12 and Under)

Bike Ride:

15 KM (Family Friendly)

Registration FEE: $40

$10 - Cost of Event Participation | $30 - Charitable Donation to BIST

As per Revenue Canada's 'Eligible Amount of Gift' Guidelines, a Charitable Tax Receipt of $30 will be issued.

Children under the age of 12:

Kids are welcome to come out and enjoy the day - no registration required! If they would like a t-shirt and be chip timed they can register as a HERO 12 and Under for a $15.00 fee.

9:10 AM: Opening remarks

9:15 AM: Participant Group Warm Up

9:30 AM: 1 KM Run/ Walk/ Roll starts

10 AM: 5 KM Run / Walk / Roll starts

10 AM - The Amazing Brain Race - Scavenger Hunt and Bouncy Castle fun!

11:00 AM - BBQ and Massage

11:30 AM - Award presentation and closing remarks
