My Story…
Hello family and friends. I've never been a long distance runner. However, after my vacation to Florida in February 2024, I discovered treadmill Interval and HIIT training. I love it now and I'm running my first 5k in over 30 years on September 14th. This one is for a good cause too. NAMI provides mental health and other behavioral health support services to the residents of DuPage County. Thanks
