Event Rules
- Leashes: All dogs must be on a leash at all times. Leashes can be no longer than 3 metres, and no retractable leads, please. Waist leads can be used as humans need to be able to get to treats easily.
We want to keep things safe and orderly. (Please respect that we all need to be on leads). - Sniffing: Sniffing is totally allowed for us dogs, but humans are strictly forbidden from sniffing anyone. Seriously, humans - just done.
- Poop Bags: Poop bags are compulsory gear. We don't want our mates stepping in our finest, do we?
Plus, there will be those funny human porta-loos around for your humans. (Humans need to hide to do their business - it's like they think it's a private affair or something)! - Hydration: There will be hydration stops for us dogs along the route, and drinks for humans at the finish line.
Training Tips
Start training your humans now. We will provide a training programme to make sure they can keep up with us. Remember, a well-trained human makes for a smooth and fun run.
