- What is the expected duration of the event?
- Duration of the event will depend on the number of registered athletes and will end no later than 12:00pm. Opening ceremony will start at 8:15am with the first running event to begin at 8:30am. The schedule of events will be posted no later than 1 week prior to date of event and ask that athletes arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled event.

- 7-12 year old (as of day of event)
- What events are offered?
- Participants can register for 2 events (combination of 1 track & 1 field, or 2 track or 2 field) and the 4 x 100 m relay for total of up to 3 events.

- Can I create a relay team?
- Yes! You can create a relay team of girls or boys and by age (Team Name or Name of Team Captain if you do not have a team name identified at time of registration). If you do not have a team, you will be placed on a team by your age group*, boys or girls on the day of the event. Recommend the additional 3 relay runners are registered as soon as possible before the registration slots are full. *Age group depending on number of participants. Groups may include ages 7-8, 9-10, 11-12.
- Due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, if 1 of the 4 are unable to run day of the event, considerations where 1 leg can run up to 3 legs. Minimum 2 athletes per relay.
- Assign a team relay captain to 'create' the team during registration.
- At the end of the registration, copy/email/text the unique link to the 3 additional relay runners to use for registration. They will be added to your team of 4, each running 100 m of the relay. (Total 4 x 100 m) The captain can confirm the 3 additional have registered in their 'participant dashboard'.
- Do I have to participate on a relay team?
- No, you do not have to run on a relay. You are still able to register up to 3 events outside of the relay.
- Will awards be available?
- Championship heats included for the 100 m, 200 m, and 400 m with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards in each age group*, boys and girls. 4 x 100 m relay will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards in each age group*. *Age group depending on number of participants. Groups may include ages 7-8, 9-10, 11-12.
- Each athlete will receive a participant ribbon and performance t-shirt.

- Schedule of events will be made available no later than 1 week prior to event.
- Are parents/guardians/spectators allowed on the field?
- Only athletes and volunteers are allowed on the track & field. There will be volunteer athlete escorts who will bring each athlete age group to the field when their event/age is announced. The athletes will participate in their event and will be escorted by a volunteer athlete escort to the parent/guardian meet up by the photo booth.
- Will there be food & beverages available?
- Food and beverages (non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase at the concessions.
