We are excited to have you join us for our inaugural Skyhawks State Games, where young athletes can showcase their talents and enjoy a morning filled with fun, competition, and sportsmanship. This event is designed to encourage physical activity and healthy competition among 7-12 year old students.

What to bring:
- Athletic clothing (breathable, moisture-wicking)
- Running shoes
- Water bottle (hydration is key!)
- Snacks (light, energy-boosting foods)
- Sunscreen & hat (for outdoor events)
- Towel & extra clothes (for post-event comfort)
- Bag: To hold personal belongings
- Additional Considerations:
- Weather-appropriate gear (rain jacket, gloves)
- Cash or card (for concessions or emergencies)

Additional Notes:
- ATHLETE ESCORT – Pre-Race | Athletes will be escorted to the track. Meet at the ‘ATHLETE’ sign at the top of the stands.
- ATHLETE ESCORT – Post Race | Athletes will be escorted back to the top at the end of the stands, by the Athlete Photo Station.
- ATHLETE PHOTO STATION | Athletes will receive their participation ribbon and able to take a picture with ribbon/awards. This is where you will show your card with your athlete’s bib number to pick up your athlete behind the spectator stands.
- FAMILY ACTIVITY STATION | Sponsored by ETS Performance – Bismarck | Test your skills in between cheering on the athletes. Set up right next to the Athlete Photo Station.
- CONCESSIONS | Coffee, bakery, water, sports drinks and additional items for purchase (Cash & Credit accepted).
- RESTROOMS | Located next to concessions.
- FIRST AID | First aid will be located by the finish line in event of emergencies.
Participants can register for 2 additional events (combination of 1 track & 1 field, or 2 track or 2 field) and the 4 x 100 m relay for total of up to 3 events.

- Wear matching colored outfits!
Championship heats for boys and girls included for the:
- 100 m, 200 m, and 400 m with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards in each age group*. 4 x 100 m relay will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards in each age group*. *Age group depending on number of participants.
Athlete SWAG: Each athlete will receive a participant ribbon and performance t-shirt.
