Raise money for Stratford Perth Hospice Foundation

Thanks to your support, Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth has cared for 481 individuals and their loved ones since our doors opened in 2019. The hospice provides a peaceful, comfortable home with 24-hour specialized palliative care for those living with a terminal illness as well as support for those in their life circle.

It has also become the community’s resource for palliative care, support and information by linking together expertise and support services across Perth County. This will ensure the comfort of the patient and their family, whether the individual is in their home or the Hospice.
