My Story…
Leanne was a friend - a warm, wonderful person with a sunny personality. She was also fiercely loyal, and a very strong woman. During her time in hospice, Leanne always referred to the nurses there as "My angels". While we all miss Leanne greatly, we are also so happy that hospice was there to provide the support and care she and her family needed. We walk in memory of Leanne, and to support the continued work of hospice - and the 'angels' who work there.
