My Story…
This is my 11th annual Hike for Hospice. I participate to ensure that excellent Palliative Care Services can continue to support the needs of Stratford and Area residents. The support continues to grow for those who require End-of-Life care for themselves or their families.
I encourage you to donate to our team and ensure that Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth thrives in our community.
