My Story…
On September 27, 2019, my Mother, Anne McAuley, was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer. The Stratford Rotary Hospice provided our family with a peaceful place to celebrate a life well-lived. Everyone who crossed our path during my Mother's stay made a difference. I will forever be grateful for the kind, compassionate care my Mother received until her death on January 12, 2020.
Participating in the "Hike for Hospice" is my way of giving back and saying thank you. Hospice changed my life. An amazing group of humans filled my role as primary caregiver, allowing me to become Anne's daughter again. For that, I am eternally grateful. Please help me reach my goal. Thank you.
