Over the past year, I've been part of the incredible community at Tonehouse, and I’m so grateful for the growth it's helped me achieve—both personally and physically. The support and camaraderie have truly pushed me to become stronger, inside and outside the gym. Now, I’m excited to take on my first-ever Turf Wars on June 21st!

Along with training hard, we’re also fundraising for a cause that’s making a big impact in our local community — Special Olympics New York. This event is a huge opportunity for us to help empower athletes with intellectual disabilities and support them in reaching their full potential.
