Raise money for CHATS Community & Home Assistance to Seniors

CHATS is a not-for-profit organization, advocating for and delivering high-quality, person-centred home and community services to older adults and caregivers living in York Region and South Simcoe. The CHATS Team empowers and enables older adults to embrace all that their community has to offer. From personal care to healthy aging information and more, CHATS is committed to helping older adults to live best at home in their communities.

CHATS will provide all the care and services portion for the Residential Care Centre through government funding, fundraising activities and affordable co-payment. They will be responsible for 100% of all operational costs.

CHATS offers a comprehensive range of support services specifically designed to meet the unique need of seniors in our community. They recognize that seniors often face challenges related to physical health, mental well-being, social isolation, and access to essential resources. They address these issues through various programs and initiatives, ensuring that seniors receive the support they require.

CHATS places great emphasis on the health and wellness of seniors. By promoting healthy lifestyles and empowering seniors to take control of their health, CHATS ensures they can live their lives to the fullest in an age-friendly environment.

CHATS understands that each senior has unique needs and preferences. They provide personalized care plans and support tailored to individual circumstances, ensuring that seniors receive the specific assistance they require to maintain their independence and quality of life. CHATS’ achievements and service delivery model have been commended by CARF International.
