Our story…

From age 15 to 26, I was told my period pain was just how it was for some people. I was prescribed pain medication and eventually birth control, but never, ever led to believe there was something more going on. Essentially, I was told I had to learn to live with it. In January 2018, after over ten years of terrible monthly pain that had me missing school, cancelling plans, missing important events, and even questioning my life, I was finally told this was in fact not normal. This is the first time, after a decade of agony, that I had been told there was a reason for my pain, which at that point had become daily, whether I was menstruating or not. I had no idea of the journey ahead or its life-changing impact on me, as this was only the beginning of a very tough time. Flash forward to 2025- four surgeries later, including a hysterectomy with bilateral salpingectomy for Adenomyosis- I am full of fire and passion for helping others who are living with this disease. With your help, we can continue to bring much needed attention to Endo (and its common comorbidities, like Adeno), fundraise for important research, and show those facing the challenges od Endo, that they’re seen, heard, and supported. LET’S GET MOVING!
