Whether you're walking, jogging, running, or chasing a personal best - we’ve got a spot just for YOU in our free, 8-week training series leading up to the Q Fitness and Wellness 5K Walk/Run on October 19. You can also train with us virtually from anywhere using the same 8-week program!
This program is open to all registered 5K participants and is designed to help everyone - from first-time 5K-ers to experienced runners - feel confident and prepared on race day!

Practice Sessions Will Include:
- Guided warm-ups & cooldowns
- Group-paced walking/running options
- Training tips tailored to all fitness levels
- Q&A with Q Fitness trainers and guest speakers
