Join Global Smile Foundation's Junior Board for our first-ever Miles for Smiles 5K, a fun and meaningful way to get moving and change lives.
Held during National Cleft and Craniofacial Awareness Month, this event shines a light on the life-changing care GSF provides to people born with cleft conditions who don’t have access to the treatment they need. Every step you take helps create brighter futures—because every mile brightens a smile.
Whether you participate virtually or in person, anyone, anywhere can complete a 5K! Walk, run, or skip with friends and family at your own pace throughout the month of July or in person with us on July 26. Form a team during registration and invite others to join you. Have fun with it—create a team name, pick a theme, and rock a signature outfit to stand out!

*As of May 12, 2025, federal law requires that displayed pricing for audience-based events and lodging include all mandatory fees and charges. Race Roster will automatically calculate and display total pricing on all participant-facing pages it generates.

In - Person 5k ticket grants access to pre- and post-race activities. The post-race event has food trucks, entertainment, games, and more!
Global Smile Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We'll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation.
