Who is Global Smile Foundation? Global Smile Foundation (GSF) is a Boston-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive cleft care so that no child suffers needlessly from untreated cleft lip/palate. Our main goals are twofold: (1) Provide world class cleft care from birth to adulthood to patients in in low- to middle-income countries (LMIC); and (2) Empower cleft providers in these areas through training and education.
