SWAG BAG PICKUP

Location: Outspoken Brewery - 350 Queen St E - Sault Ste. Marie, ON
Please Note: You may also pick up other participants or friend groups Swag Bags on their behalf at this time. We will not be doing Swag Bag pick up on race day. If you are unable to pick up yourself please have someone pick up on your behalf.
*Although not mandatory, during Swag Bag Pick Up we will gladly collect Lock City Dairy Milk Bags & Gently used Towels, Sheets and Bedding that will be brought to The Humane Society at the time of our donation post event.

10:30AM - 11:45AM - Check In (Under The White Tents)
10:30AM - Beverage Vendor Tents Open for Bib Beverage Tickets (Ticket Located on the Bottom of your Bib) or Pre Purchased Tickets
10:30am - Retail Vendor Tents Open, Silent Auction Bidding Starts & 50/50 Ticket Sales Open (License #834758)
11:45AM - Opening Remarks
12:00PM - Race Starts
12:30PM - Games & Beverage Ticket Sales open located under the White Check In Tents
12:30 - 2:30PM - Lunch - Please redeem Lunch Tickets by 2:30pm inside The Root River Restaurant (Tickets Located on the Bottom of your Bib)
3:00pm - Last Call for Putt To Win, Silent Auction Bidding & 50/50 Tickets (License #834758)
3:15PM - Draw for Putt To Win Prize, Silent Auction Items & 50/50 Tickets (License #834758)
3:30PM - Last Call for Beverage Ticket Purchases under the White Check In Tents
3:45PM - Last Call for Beverage & Vendor Tents
4:00PM - Beverage & Vendor Tents Close
5:00PM - Event End
