- Ages 19+
- Must adhere to and RESPECT all course rules, regulations, trails and venue property. Participants who do not adhere to these rules will be escorted from the event.
- No refunds on entries or payments. Bib Transfers available until October 11th. Please log into your Race Roster Account and use the "Transfer" option on the right hand side of the page.
- You may use your "Complimentary Drink Ticket" located on the bottom of your bib before the race at the Beverage Vendor Tents starting at 10:30am. You ARE NOT to bring your drink along the course with you, so please finish your beverage before you cross the start line at 12PM. Anyone not adhering to the above rule will have their beverage taken away.
- Lunch is included in your registration and will be available post race inside The Root River. (Food Ticket Located on the Bottom of your Bib). Please have your food tickets redeemed by 2:30PM.
- There will be a very limited amount of lunches available for $14.00 for spectators who may want to eat. First come first serve basis.
- Parking is very limited! Please car pool or get dropped off.
- Please dress accordingly to forecast. This is an outdoor event and will move forward if raining.
- Registration closes October 11, 2025 or until Sold Out! There will be NO same day registration for this event.
- In case of severe inclimate weather, our alternative rain date will be Sunday, October 19, 2025.

Silent Auction items will be located under the White Check In Tents. Bidding for these items will start at 10:30am. Bidding will close at 3:00pm. Winners will be announced at 3:15pm.
* You do not have to be present for drawing to obtain the winning bid, however you will be contacted by phone at the time of drawing for payment by EMT or Credit Card. Pickup will be at a later date if not present.
* If you are present at the time of the winning bid, you will be required to submit payment before you obtain the prize.
