HOW TO ENTER
Option 1: Bulk Registration by the School (School Invoiced After Event)
Schools may register all participants at once using a bulk upload sheet.
What’s required:
- All cells must be filled
- Information must be unique and correct for each student.
- Emergency contact details must be someone’s who is not at the event.
- Submit only when all information is final.
- No updates can be made after submission.

Option 2: Promo Code Entry (School Invoiced After Event)
Schools can request a unique promo code for the school.
How it works:
- The school will receive a promo code to share with all the students.
- They register online at no cost using the code.
- The school will be invoiced after the event based on the number of participants.

Option 3: Student Self-Pay via Website
Students can register and pay directly through the event website.
Important:
- Students must select their team during the registration process.
- They cannot enter as individuals—all students must be part of a school team.
