REFUNDS
Weather you signed up online or via the bulk upload method, refund policies apply to all participants.
Each event has its own refund structure; this is based on the launch day and event day. Based on how long before the event you contact us, what you are entitled to. Options for refunds are 75%, 50% and 25% refund. We never, under no circumstance offer 100% refund.
Once the structure reaches 0% refund, these are the reasons why we will make an exception and issue a 50% discount.
- Unexpected medical problems – We will require a medical certificate.
- Injury – This will be depending on the injury and will be assessed by the team.
- Family grievance.

- Change of mind
- Double booked
- Your friend/family who was running with you is now unavailable.
- Coming out of sickness and had no time to train
- Plans have changed
- Flight/transport got delayed
The edge Intermediate and Secondary School Beast Refund Structure
- 75% Refund- from May until 6 June
- 50% Refund- from 7 June until 22 June
- 25% Refund- from 23 June until 4 July
- No Refund - from 4 July until event day
CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event of cancellation, notice will be given on Northland's More FM 91.6 and on our Facebook Page. Where possible, attempts will be made to email participants who have supplied an email address with their entry.
All schools will be notified of this decision ASAP. While we will endeavour to make a decision to cancel an event as early as possible due to the nature of such events, situations can occur. See our refund structure below.
