The 5km In Their Boots route is within Central Park in Spruce Grove, AB. This route is mostly flat, with a mixture of asphalt and dirt sections and sidewalk. The route will be marked. There will be course marshals along the route. Especially at the 3 road crossings to ensure a safe crossing. Two of the road crossing are equipped with crossing lights. Please stay on the trail and sidewalks. There will be a hydration station at the half way mark and at the finish line.
There will be a medic on course.
